Consultations - One on One
A Naturopathic Nutrition consultation will take up to 90 minutes. This is One on one, face to face time where you can explain more fully your health concerns.

A Health Questionnaire will be emailed/posted to you prior to your appointment. This questionnaire contains a comprehensive set of questions regarding your health.
By completing this questionnaire before your consultation gives you time to focus attention on acute and chronic conditions. Our practitioner will peruse your overall health condition and then delve further into specifics.
Past medical history, lifestyle factors such as home and work life, diet and exercise habits will be discussed.

We will also check your blood pressure and may do a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis test.
You may be referred for further investigations such as blood or allergy tests.

Once we have this information, a treatment plan can be formulated exclusively for you. This may involve dietary changes, nutritional supplements and/or lifestyle recommendations. The personalised treatment programme will be flexible enough to fit in with your lifestyle yet detailed enough so that you will know exactly what is required for success.

Follow up consultations will be arranged to keep track of your progress. These may be fortnightly then monthly and quarterly.
