About Us

Advanced Vitality grew out of Nutritionist Lyn Christian's belief that health outcomes can be substantially improved by the education and, thusly  empowerment of her clients.

Lyn earned an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine at Nature Care College,
one of Australia’s leading Natural Therapies College since 1973.
Aware of the statistics regarding the rise in obesity in Australia, Lyn also completed
the Weight Loss Practitioner Diploma at Westmead Hospital.
